The Public Buildings Division is responsible for the maintenance and repair of County buildings to insure a safe and pleasant environment for the public and County staff. The division supports the County Administration / Courthouse building, Jail / Sheriff's Office, Social Services building, Health Center, Leon Mann, Jr. Enrichment Center., and the County's Western Office building.

The Public Buildings staff provides support in many areas, including energy management systems, HVAC systems, grounds maintenance, office renovations, painting, roof repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and security systems. The Public Buildings Division is also responsible for centralized mail services for County departments, and performs other miscellaneous tasks for County departments as needed.
