The
Carteret County Area Transportation System (CCATS) is a
countywide transportation service serving the citizens
and visitors of Carteret County. Currently CCATS offers
two types of service:
- CCATS does not
provide emergency medical transportation (Call 911),
nor does it provide escorts.
- CCATS Paratransit
Services. This service is available to agency-sponsored
passengers for human-services related transportation.
Agencies served by CCATS include Carteret County Department
of Social Services, Coastal Community Action, Leon Mann
Enrichment Center, Station Club Enterprises, Atlantic
House, Carteret County Health Department, and others.
Please contact your local human-services agency or CCATS
for information on paratransit services. Click here for information on Station Club

- CCATS Community
Transit. This service is available to the general public
and is a fare-based service operated on a space-available
basis in cooperation with CCATS Paratransit service.
